Avia' in Latin means Nonna. 'Nonna' in Italian means Grandmother.
Avia is a restaurant by Stefano and Jack. A celebration of the deep-rooted passion for hospitality and dining that Stefano learned from his grandmother, combined with a special level of attention to cooking sustainably and repurposing locally sourced produce.
